Vision Computers was established in 1992 and incorporated in the same year in the State Of Georgia. 

Business Orientation 

Vision Computers Inc. main business line is computer systems integration. This involves consulting, system design and implementation of the specifications as custom built personal computers or servers to meet clients’ requirements. They are marketed and sold under the Velocity brand line.  Since 1992, Vision has been known for its high quality products and outstanding services in the public sector, educational institutions and corporate markets.

The computer systems are produced at the company’s headquarters facility located in Norcross, GA. The dedication towards a quality infrastructure in our production area has provided our customers with consistent product reliability.

Hardware Services - Integration & Test 

Vision Computers provides and maintains a unique set of work instructions and documentation for each configuration ordered. This documentation consists of bill of materials, work instructions, test parameters, service and warranty requirements, and test results. This assures that every system shipped under the unique configuration will be consistent, reducing technical support issues in the field. Every system undergoes a rigorous, diagnostic test cycle that exercises all component parts of the system. Test results are maintained as part of a final documentation package. 

Software Services 

Vision Computers provides software installation of major operating systems and business software as requested by clients and as agreed in the contract or purchase terms. All of our products are authentic original copies provided by their respective manufacturers. An order of multiple systems requiring identical settings may use another method of software installation by hard drive duplication. This "imaging" process is done by utilizing a unit known as Master Drive created by either Vision Computers and approved by the customer, or by obtaining this Master Drive from the customer directly, or by directly downloading the latest revision (or image) directly from a host source. 

Shipping & Delivery 

Vision Computers will provide adequate packaging and shipping of products. If the customer requires any custom packaging we will provide this as part of the formal quote. Any special private labeling or silk-screening required by the customer is done on case by case only and requires advance notice and non-cancellation. The cost for this can be quoted upon request. Shipments will be made as specified by the customer's purchase order, or by the best method if none is specified by the customer. 

100% Turn-Key Manufacturing 

The requests that our clients bring to us are typically very complex, yet can be produced with consistent quality and in high volume. The system's components, configuration, and manufacturing instructions are controlled sets of internal Source Control Document procedures. When the systems are completed they can be drop shipped to your customer with the software installed, or sent to your location for final processing. 

Warranty And Support 

Vision Computers offers tailored services and warranty plans to meet the needs of our customers. As a standard, all systems build by Vision include in the purchase price a 2 (two) year advanced replacement on parts and depot labor if required. We also provide our customers with access to a help desk where technicians trained on specific configurations are ready to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additionally, a proprietary software is loaded on all systems that allows our technical support staff to quickly identify the problems via a few key strokes and enable them to provide a quick and easy fix. As an option (at additional cost) we provide on-site service technicians based on a variety of support contracts to ensure PC / Server operation and minimize downtime. On-site warranty is available in increments of 1, 2 or 3 years.  In certain cases, we also offer on-site services (at additional cost) for systems that were not built by Vision Computers.
